Horrible service Department. H...

Horrible service Department. Had $1,000 worth of service done here. None of it completed correctly. They used a zip-tie to hold in my fuel filter. Coolant began leaking after they changed it. Never leaked before I took it in Worst part my breaks went out on the Freeway because they broke a vacuum hose by not paying attention. Had to use the e-brake to get off the freeway and spend more money on a tow and pay for rep... view moreairs at another service garage since I wouldn`t let these morons touch my car after almost killing me. Called them right after it happened. No apology, no interest in fixing the problem. Avoid or be sure that your car and life insurance premiums are up to date. You will probably end up using one of them if they work on your car.

I had a great customer experie...

I had a great customer experience. Their customer care was excellent. There was no pressure to do any extra repairs. I was very satisfied with the work they had done for me. Even though their shop location is not convenient I would be a returning customer. They even offered me a free courteous car on a day when I couldn`t wait. I would recommend giving McAdams a try for your next repair or tires.
