I had a question about my bill...

I had a question about my bill so i asked Paul to clarify it for me. He got upset and was very rude. Turns out he is the owner. I bought a car from this place and thought advice would be free but I paid $60 dollars for them to do no labor and replace nothing...I only got $40 back hope the other $20 can buy some new customers...I wanted to speak to Paul privately but he thought it was a good idea to start a shouting ... view morematch in front of customers and employees. Employees dropped by to listen to the the commotion. They spent more time listening to me yell then they did listening to my car.
