I brought in a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 stock. I bought a lift kit from JC Whitney and 33" tires from Tire Rack. Phil put in a whole 8 hours installing these on my new baby. He took the time to show the troubles encounter from the old rusty parts, etc. It was done and picked up next day. In addition, the cost was about 1/2 of the price other places do the same work. I would have to say, B & B automotive is got to be the most trusted place in mchenry for me. I am somewhat mechanical inclined but due to my health, i cant be crawling around lately in my driveway or garage. I have witnessed my brother alot and my friends going there and the price has always been fair and the work is done cleanly. I have seen overpriced places around mchenry all the time. I have asked difficult questions to only get the correct answer and not the typical.... oh you need to replace... this is bad... oh that dont look good... what u say?! ... Im not going to say this business is an god amongst others, but if your new in mchenry or need an mechanic that you can trust, these guys even negotiate the price sometimes if you get to know them well.
