Not only did Jim immediately decide that all the parts need to be replaced rather than Bondo filled, he worked with my insurance company to get the quote adjusted, and used OEM parts. The work is completely undetectable, the Mazda looks like it has never seen a deer in its life, and it came back to me cleaner inside and outside than when I dropped it off.
