good work, bad service!

I have been to this location 2 times now. The first time was for a simple front end alinemint. They were some what bussie that day I brought the car in. They told me that the job would take 20 min. This ended up taking them all day. I got to the shop at around 11am and didnt get out till almost 7pm. I sat at the shop all day waiting because this is my only car. I was watching the guys that were working and most of th... view moreem were working on there own cars rather than fixing the ones they get paid to fix. At one point I went outside and told them that it must be nice to go on brake and work on you car, they guy I was talking to said he was not on brake. This upset me a bit because I had been sitting there for 3 hours and my car was on the lift. The maniger told me that they were waiting for a guy to get free. But there was one freely working on his own car. And yes he told me it was his. The second time I went out there was with my moms truck. they had to change the front weel baring. This was suposed to take an hour and a half. But once again I sat there form around 10am till 7:30pm. I had to sit there all day and wait becaus I did not have a second set of weels. At one point before the truck got in the shop there were 3 guys outside working on one of there cars and they didnt have any people avalible to get the truck in the shop. then they orderd the wroung baering. Both times I was there the same guy was working at the front desk. I think he was a manager because he was the only one waring a white buttin up shirt. But anyway, He was rather rude. He had the aditude that he was better then me and talked down to me every time he said something. This alone will stop me from going there. The service was good. They did good work and it was the best price I found. But time managment is something they need to work on. they need to get there guys to work on the cars they get paid to work on instead of there own. The managers aditude is also something that could use some work. Respect will take you a long way.
