""My family arrived from Illinois in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, to camp in Governor Dodge State Park after our Ford Windstar`s engine died twice on the way there. Finagling the wires near the ignition module kept us going.. for a while. While dead on the side of the road, several people asked if we needed help. Three of four suggested Randy`s if we needed it. So when we finally got it going again we headed to Randy`s. On... view moree of their staff came out, examined the situation, found that a plug-in connector was loose, lubed it with dielectric grease, worked it back into place, and sent us on our way with a fully functional vehicle within about 20 minutes. Though we may never see the folks at Randy`s again, we`ll not soon forget their kindness to travelers just passing through. I could not recommend any automotive repair shop more highly. These guys live by the golden rule.""
