I have been getting my parts from them for quite a while. Dave and Dorris are ok but Rick was very rude to me when I went there to get a part. He had a really bad attitude and horrible customer service. Dave quoted us a certain price, Rick said it was "to low". I told my friend who was with me, they should honor the price we were quoted and Rick over heard, he got very rude with me. He told me, "I will honor the pric... view moree but you don`t come in here telling us what we should do. I don`t have to sell you the part at all" and just berating me in front of the other customers. I am sorry but what happened to "The customer is always right"? I have been in customer service over 20 years and you do not talk to a customer the way he talked to me. I have never been treated that way by a business ever. I told my friend "I don`t like his attitude, lets go" and we walked out. My friend went back in and got the part anyway, cause they are cheaper then most other places but I will not deal with Rick again!
