I bring both of my vehicles to Charlie and have for almost 4 years now. The folks here are wonderful, honest and the price is right. When I began bringing my vehicles here, I often got quotes from other local places and C&M was always the cheapest. Not honest!

I bought new tires from C&M and had them rotated every other oil change. My stearing was perfectally straight until they rotated them one time. I brought the problem up with Charlie, but he turned it around like it was my fault. I service two cars there, which gives him a lot of business and he still wouldn`t do anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

WHEN QUOTED A PRICE FOR WORK DONE ON MY CAR I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE WAS A PACKAGE TO WHAT WHAT GOING TO BE DONE. WHEN I RECIEVED THE BILL IT WAS NOT THE CASE! WHEN I CALLED TO QUESTION BILL CHARLIE BEAT AROUND THE BUSH, GOT VERY LOUD, ARGUMENTATIVE AND OFFERED NO RESOLUTION. I FELT A "I`M SORRY MAYBE I DIDN`T EXPLAIN GOOD ENOUGH" OR SOME TYPE OF APPOLOGY WAS IN ORDER INSTEAD HE TURNED THINGS AROUND T... view moreO TRY AND MAKE IT MY FALT.
