HAVE NO FEAR!!!

I have been going to Jerry and his son Bill for 12 YEARS! Never, not once have I had ANY type of negative issue with them. I am paranoid of vehicle safety issues and several times taken my car in for stupid little noises. Every time they have checked the problem either for free or a very small fee. I always buy used cars so I do on occasion have legitimate issues and they have ALWAYS given me a fair price and quick s... view moreervice. Once I bent my rear axle in a u from hitting a large crack ice fishing. Jerry found me a new axle and had me back out fishing in 3 DAYS at a fair price. So, in summary Jerry and Bill have always treated me VERY well for both large and small car problems. I`m even kinda pissed a person bad mouthed them because I know it`s a load of manure! Went to their facility on Frid...

Went to their facility on Friday and got a quote for $300 to change ball joints on the right side of my 4X4 truck. When I brought the vehicle to their shop on Monday Jerry called me and tried to upsell brake pads along with the ball joints. I said no to the brake shoes and he increased the price of the ball joint repair to $478. I would strongly recommend looking for another repair shop.
