Horrible

At first Jason is nice and willing to work with you but I`ve had my car in his shop and no one knew what was going on with it except him for 1 MO! He wanted at minimum 50% of the money before he would even touch it and wouldnt even give me a straight answer as to how much that would be..... He said 800 then 600 then 400 then he said he didn`t know. Then I fixed it myself for 40 so I recommend going elsewhere

HI, I`ve gone to BIC several times and the work is done promptly, efficiently, and .thoroughly. If there is a mistake Jason doesn`t hesitate to take another look at it even if it`s an inconvenience to him. I know you are saying it;s his job so he should take a seecond look even if it`s an inconvenience everything is determined by attitude.
