worst experience ever

This place is a joke! they wouldn`t give me what I needed for a trade in(not a big deal), but then they advised me to buy a car from them and "voluntarily give the bank my car"(my trade in) in other words volunteer my car for repossession, they tried saying that it will only be on my credit report for 90 days and that it won`t hurt my credit, thankfully I`m not that stupid! So my husband and I left and the ... view moresales man calls me to "get more information" and I told him I am not interested. Now all of a sudden my husband and I have 6 new inquiries on our credit report because they ran our credit after I specifically told them NOT TO!!!!! needless to say I will NEVER do business with Russ Darrow again, and I will make sure my family and friends don`t waste there time here either!
