used this company for many years when it was Mike ran it. Now it has gone comepletly down. I just recently took a car here to get a new tire rod end and starter and the tech actually damaged part of the car when putting it up in the air and instead of being honest about it when I picked the car up after the repair he told me that "the new noise it was now making was from bad struts" but don`t worry the car... view more was solid and it can wait until you save up enough money to get the struts repaired. The car was not being driven(I have another vehicle). I parked the car 4 blocks away at my house for a month until I could get the repair done. I take to another mechanic who offered to do the struts much cheaper and they instantly saw the damage and showed my what the new noise was and how it had nothing to do with the struts at all and there is no way possilbe that a mechaninc could have replaced a tire rod end on the car & not noticed what had happened. Sullivan`s is now telling me that there is nothing they can do becuase we can`t prove it happened there even though the tech made me aware of the new noise the car was making so I didn`t flip out when I picked up the car. Do not ever go here!
