Had a problem, don`t know if it is their common practise, but saved alot of money by not trusting them and going elsewhere for my emmisins testing, Went there because it was close to my house , was told that some modular on my transmission was shot and they could fix it for $200.00, part was a dealer part and special order and I wouldn`t pass emmisions unless I would have fixed this part. Took The truck home , my n... view moreeighbor hooked it up to his hand held machine to diagnose problems, it said air filter was bad, and it was, it was terrible, so anywys changed the filter for $25.00 dollars and passed emmisions, They had told me that it was definately this part. I`m galad I din`t have them fix it. So I don`t know why they couldn`t tell me it was as simple as an air filter, or just wanted to make some extra money.. I wasn`t happy with this at all.

I also got my oil change today....got the price that was displayed ....so no complaints. i was happy with the service!!!!!

They have this big advertiseme...

They have this big advertisement saying the oil change is $12.95 but when my niece went they charged her $18.95. When her mother called to complain they said, yeah...we charged her $18.95 for the oil change...we have to pay rent. She proceeded to tell him "well, my family and I were going to come to you for other services but you are giving false advertisement. He then rudely said, " I don`t need YOU or YOU... view moreR family`s business" I was apalled to hear about this since I was the one who recommended this AWFUL place to my sister. All because I saw all these good prices on their digital sign. To top it off the sign also says they have great customer service (yeah right!). I could not believe the way she was treated...unbelievable!!. I am writing this to inform others...I know I wish I would have known better.
