I used to go to this location quite a bit for oil changes next door. I stopped going because the staff was way too pushy and when I told the sales lady "No" on an air filter because it was just replaced she rolled her eyes said "whatever" and walked away. I later found out the wrong oil was used in my car and the older lady that filled it was not even properly trained to touch my car! Later when I... view more called about it she said that I was lying and was very rude. That was back in February and I have not gone back since. I may give them another shot, my neighbor said they have a new manager and he seemed really knowledgeable. Let?ˆ™s hope he is nicer and more customer focused too!

I just purchased a new Chevy C...

I just purchased a new Chevy Cruze from Lynch. Both Lynch and the car have been a great experience. My wife and I have a cabin in the western UP of Michigan and it`s 320-miles each way. To my surprise, the Cruze exceeded hwy. the mileage posted on the window. We have experience 50+ miles to the gallon over the past two trips. Great service!

I was so impressed with the people at Lynch! First of all, my car broke down on my way into work. I called the service department and they sent Larry in the Courtesy Shuttle to pick me up and take me to work while they towed my car to Lynch. They picked me up after work and since the service department is open late during the week, I was able to get my car the same day!! I`m a Lynch customer for life!
