very bad experience

They sent me the wrong window regulator part twice and each time it cost me $150 in labor to disassembly the door for which welsh did not refund. The second time i had enough and had my mechanic order the part himself from another supplier. Welsh also claims that the part they sent me was brand new from Jaguar, my mechanic however told me the part did not look new and was from a scrap yard. I told a close look at the... view more part myself and it definitity did not look new to me. I will not do business with this company again and i do not trust them.
