I fully agree with the first reviewer and had the same problem but worse. The shorter man at the counter was downright rude and treated me, a young woman, completely different than every man who came through the door. I came in complaining of my brakes making a small noise and needed an estimate. After paying 43 dollars for an estimate, he came out whispering about how nearly the entirety of the braking system ne... view moreeded replaced for nearly $1,500. (Damage he said was long term, yet my car has been in shops a few times since I got it last year.) Needless to say,I left and took my car down the road to an ETHICAL, reputable mechanic. He did the work my car really needed for $400 and showed me exactly where the problem points were without being asked. Needless to say, don`t waste your money or time here. I`m honestly appalled.

After taking my car to River C...

After taking my car to River City Tire for a estimate, their quote came in $300 higher than Sterling Tire (on 2nd St.) . When I picked up my car to take it to Sterling Tire, I was rudely told that I owed $48 for the "estimate" because I had decided to take my car elsewhere. My 2 cars have been serviced there in the past, only to have failed again soon thereafter. Save your money, go with Sterling Tire!
