The worst dealership I have dealt with, and I`ve bought a lot of cars!!

The only reason I chose them was because they had the car of my dreams and I`ve never seen one like it before at other dealerships around here. I didn`t wanna go to them cause I`ve heard so many bad things...well turns out its all true. When I first got the car, they didn`t detail it...it was a mess but I didn`t say anything and cleaned it myself. The one key that we got with the car, we can`t use...every time the ... view morekey is within 10 feet of the car, the trunk pops constantly...and when ur driving the trunk still pops open. The second key that we received from them, didn`t even have batteries and they wouldn`t put new ones in for me. I gave them almost a full tank of gas in the car I traded...I went home with 1/4 tank in the new car. Part of the deal was that they would change out the tail lights and put my aftermarket ones in...it didn`t happen. They said there was no way to get them in without splicing wires. We took the car home and my husband put them in, in less than 20 min without splicing any wires. I told them that the fog lights didn`t work, they pretty much said who cares. The check engine light came on within 4 days of having the car...they used their lil machine to read the codes and said it looks like it has something to do with the oil. So I asked when the oil had been changed, they said they hadn`t changed the oil so it was whenever the last owner changed it. The car was on their lot for a year and they didn`t have time to change the oil??? So I went to Motorcare and paid $50.00 to change the oil and get all the other fluids topped off. Luckily that took care of the problem but in my opinion they should`ve paid for it. Now my brakes and rotors are shot and its gonna cost me $400.00 to fix those. And of course, they are not handing any money over to help with the cost. Which is bs because I clearly remember telling them that the brakes didn`t feel good after I testdrove it but I was reassured that the brakes were almost brand new. Yeah right.
