Make certain you do your homework before you enter into a service agreement with Balch`s! Ask questions and get a written estimate. Make sure you understand their "Policies"! They don`t make it easy doing business with them! Won`t accept local checks. Won`t accept credit card payment over the phone. Wants cash payment. Every time you try to complete the process they change the rules. Whether their service i... view mores quality or not, I can`t say. Trying to pay them but they want it there money a specific way. Will let you know, but I wouldn`t deal there again!
