Bad dealer

Bought a vehicle Kia Sportage there in june 2011 1st week in shop of air bag lite, 2nd week back in shop cruise control not working and chip in windshield both never got fixed. Good the 3rd wk. 4th week took the vehicle we bought off them out of town. On way home made a loud clunk noise top speed we could go was 20mph tried to call no answer. Monday morning took vehicle over told them everything that happened to ... view moreit and told them we wanted a trade in. Did not get back what we paid for vehicle 4 weeks earlier. Got another vehicle from them. Thought they would come down on price with problems we had with other vehicle I was wrong. Put a extended warranty on the kia we did not want. Cancelled it a couple days later never got back the full amount we paid for the warrantry nelsons would not give us the rest of the money which was $400.00 they said it was there profit. This place is a real joke with people who only want your money. And are friendly untill after you buy a vehicle from them. Watchout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
