My husband took his truck in to find out what was wrong with it and to get and estimate. he works 12 hour shifts so he dropped the truck off in the evening and expected the truck to be looked at the next day to get and estimate. when he hadn`t heard anything by 1:30 the next day he called to see what was going on. the secratary stated that they were looking at it at that time. He said ok thinking they would call back... view more with and estimate. At 4pm they called to say the truck was done and it cost twice what we could afford. This made me angry since Laytons Garage said they could do the same work for 50 dollars less. when i went to pay for the truck I asked if they always do work without an estimate? the owner jumped in and started arguing with me and when i asked for an invoice he refused and said there was no invoice then his secretary lied and said that my card was denied when I left and called my husband he imediatly check the bank account and informed me the entire amount had been deducted from out bank account. we ended up with no proof of work performed and no reciept other than our bank statement. DO NOT USE THIS CROOK!!!! take your car some where else!!!!!!
