Good work *IF* you ever get in...

Do good work and only had them forget to put an additive in vehicle one time before an oil change (so oil/gunk would be cleaned out/run out better), and they admitted it and refunded the price. However, lately if you make an appoint, it seems to mean nothing to them as 3 or more hours can go by without your vehicle being touched... yet, some other idiot can come in and get his vehicle taken in.
