Bad customer service experience

I was setup by autoglassguru.com to have my windshield replaced by Kings Auto. Well I received a call a few days later to advise me I`d have to bring it in because the glass was to big to fit in their vehicle lol. It`s not exactly any bigger than most vehicles these days, but I promptly hung up and contacted auto glass guru and cancelled. I ended up at advanced auto glass in wheeling wv. They did a great job an did ... view moreit for less money too. Imagine you need a full windshield replacement and a company asking you to drive your vehicle illegally and without regard to safety to have that windshield replaced. Yikes! Go elsewhere!
