I`m not sure exactly who I dealt with, but the couple guys I met were very friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. They`re straight forward and provided meaningful feedback and open ears when I was trying to explain the issue I was having. If you ask what an approximate price would be for a part/labor they`ll make sure they give you an honest and straight forward answer, without a hint of the usual evasivene... view moress so many auto shops are rife with.

These guys are very nice and efficient. I brought my SUV in not knowing what was needing fixed in order to get the back hatch button to work, and within minutes they had it figured out (and actually had the part in stock!). I had a 10am appointment, but arrived 15 minutes early. They took my vehicle in since they weren`t busy and had the part replaced and my keys back in my hand by 10:20.
