Please go to another shop! Annette is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She has no customer service skills at all. My vehicle was supposed to be completed within 3 days. It took over a week. 2nd it was a lot more than the estimate and 3rd when I went to pick it up the first time there were multiple issues with the job. The bumper was not put on correctly, there were bumps all over the paint, there w... view moreere scratches on the paint and there was one spot where the paint was already peeling off. When it was all said and done, I told Annette that it should have been fixed properly the first time?ˆ¦.her response was ?ˆ?WHATEVER, YOU CAN CHOSE WHERE YOU TAKE IT?ˆ? instead of her saying, ?ˆ?yes, I apologize it should have been fixed correctly the first time. I will tell everyone I know and tell them to tell everyone that they know NEVER TO EVER GIVE PORTERFIELD?ˆ™S BUSINESS AGAIN! SAVE THE TROUBLE BECAUSE THAT IS ALL THAT YOU WILL ENCOUNTER.
