I have been dealing with this place for many years and he has always done me right and been very pleasant to work with. His prices are fair and any work I have ever had done there is always quick - I usually have my car back in less than a week. However, the lady he has working in the office is an ABSOLUTE WITCH...... Unfortunately, she has been there for years and within that time, she has never spoken a kind word t... view moreo me or anyone else I know of, for that matter. If it wasn`t for my grandfather and Mr. Maynard being such good friends, I would never go back there again. She is just plain hateful and bitter and snaps at everyone for no apparent reason, other than maybe her general unhappiness. Even if you just call in there to ask a general question like about a sticker or their hours or whatever, she has a very hateful attitude and tone. She is extremely unpleasant and needs an attitude adjustment or, preferably just to be fired because she is driving away his business (more than one person I`ve spoken with has found other places to go solely becuase of her)....... So if you you can deal with the she-devil in the office, you will probably be ok. Like I said, he has fair prices and HE is wonderful. He just need to find better office help.
