Unfriendly and unreliable

I went here to get a state inspection and oil change. They said they couldn`t look at my car until after the weekend. I dropped my car off Monday night like they said and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. Tuesday arrives and at 1 they have yet to even look at my vehicle and while I just asked about the status they were not friendly just 100% rude. I was without a vehicle for 2 days for nothing. Don`t go to D&T automotive. The first time I went to this establishment I wasnt greeted. One of the co-owners was sitting behind the desk & just stared at me. After an awkward moment, I told him I needed a quote on a few things and I also had a tire stem leak I would like to get fixed that day if possible. After recieving a quote, which was about $100 more than what I wound up paying at another establishment,... view more I asked him to pull my car into the shop & check the tire stem. He "fixed" the tire, then came & told me that it had a nail in my tire. He never asked if I wanted to go ahead & patch or plug it, he just did it. I know I can plug a tire myself for $3 or have another shop do it for $10. Instead he charged me $19.03. This morning my tire was completely flat and it has been 25 days since he "fixed" it. I went to the store and asked for my money back so that I could actually have it fixed and he refused. He said warranty was only good if he took it back in the shop and "fixed it" again. I told him I would have it taken somewhere I KNEW it would be fixed. He still refused. Customer service sucked. The work done, didnt work. Overalll experience HORRIBLE. It doesnt even deserve the star rating that was required to be given.
