Won`t stand behind products

On June 13, I had my oil changed. The tech at Valvoline recommended that I install new wipers. I did. . .$30. One month later, I had my car inspected and the car would not pass inspection. The reason: The wipers streaked badly. The tech showed me how poorly these wipers cleaned my windshield. He wasn`t lying. I went back to Valvoline today, asking for a refund. Isn`t that funny, considering that Valvoline and other quick stop oil change places are accused of doing the exact same thing? Anyway, the assistant manager would not give me a refund. I refuse to go back there again, and give this place a huge "thumbs down" because of its poor customer service and attitude. I have also found them to be more expensive than most places.
