We are new to Hagerstown and have had the need to have our 95` Ford F-150 repaired on numerous occassions. Roys` staff always provides quality customer service at a fair price. The staff is always available to give me a ride to and from my home and even provided a loaner vehicle on one occassion so that I could still go to work. They are always warm and welcoming!

Helped a Stranded Traveler

Although I was on my way to vacation in Florida. I was 200 miles from home and 900 miles from my destination. These fine folks stayed late and went way beyond the call of duty. The manager, Alan, gave me a ride to the local shopping mall so I could spend my time shopping/watching the latest movie while my van was repaired. Turned out to be a failed crank position sensor. The sensor was a dealer only item and t... view morehe local Dealer didn`t have it so Alan drove to Gaithersburg to pick up the part to get me back on the road the same day. I`d trust these guys with all my cars!
