Don`t use this company

My son is a student at WVU and in his almost 4 years there we have met some really wonderful people in Morgantown. The only bad experiences we have had have been with this company, and we have had more than one. They were supposed to come by and drop off a parking pass for the lot behind my son`s house, but they didn`t show. Instead they came in the middle of the night and towed his car. They then refused to give ... view moreit back unless he paid them $168. Another time my son`s friends got there before they towed their car and Ervin`s charged them $60 to NOT tow it. They are extremely disrespectful to the students and won`t return my phone calls. Oh, and because my son got mad at them for towing his car, they have threatened to tow it whenever they find it. And they`ve actually threatened to drive around looking for it!
