Very good experience. They were attentive and quick to respond when I called or had a question. My car looks better than before the accident - great paint job! I would recommend them and would take my car back to them for any other body repair work.

Very Poor Paint Job, Scratched Leather Seat

I had my car repaired here in Lakeside Collision recently.
At first, I thought they were at least as good as the reviews below.
They are also Geico recommended collision center.
I should have trusted them.
The paint job is terrible, the worst that I have seen. And not only they managed to put too many bubbles on the paint, they also managed to put a long scratch on my leather seat. Off course it`s hard to... view more prove they did this because they didn`t even take pictures when I dropped the car off.
Thanks for making my car worst than ever, this is by far my worst experience with a collision center. I will continue to use my trusty Center 3 Collision Center in Lynnwood.

Both Geico and Lakeside should be ashame of themselves, what kind of quality service is that.

Good work, pleased with service.

Brought my Chevy Cavalier in (mid August) with passenger side rear quarter panel damage. Lakeside did an outstanding job. I was quite pleased. I was without my car for exactly 7 days, which was faster than I had anticipated. When I picked up the car, it was washed, detailed inside, and no evidence of damage. I am very pleased, and would recommend this shop.

Minor point: A bolt that secures the muffler came of... view moref during the accident, which they didn`t replace. Not a huge deal. I don`t know how they compare to other places price wise, since my insurance covered it. I did ask for an estimate on fixing driver`s side window (not related to the accident-but since it was going to be in the shop anyway, might as well). I had gotten an estimate about a year ago from another shop for approx. $190, but Lakeside`s estimate was significantly higher. I didn`t get the window repaired.

Side Note: Onsite insurance adjustor from Geico was really helpful and professional. All around good place.
