Such great customer service! Troy was so helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond my expectations by dealing not only directly with the insurance company so I didn`t have to, but also delt with the tow, and kept me informed of what was going on with the claim. He educated me about insurance companies and that it`s illegal for them to make you go to a specific shop. They can recommend but YOU ha... view moreve the ultimate say so in where it is taken. It is your choice and Absolute warranties it`s work for as long as you own the car! Insurance companies might tell you there is no warrenty if you don`t take it to where they tell you but there is in fact a lifetime warranty. They also work with all insurance companies.
