Terrible customer service

I recently had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the service manager "mike". Arrogant, rude and lack of people skills. Not helpful at all. I strongly recommend using another dealer.

Took in my lawn mower for repa...

Took in my lawn mower for repairs a week ago after I made a "service appointment." I dropped it off the day I said I would. 5 days later they still have not looked at it. What`s the point of getting an appointment if they don`t honor it and get your equipment back to you? Closed Mondays for further convenience.
