My car wouldn`t start this morning, and considering that It was 7 year old factory installed battery I just took it in for replacement. I didn`t want to deal with jumps. So the guy that worked there (JT), gave me immediate service, was very polite, and knowledgeable about batteries. He sold me the Optima battery which was kinda overkill for my sedan, but I wanted something that I can just forget about. He sold it... view more to me for 179.99 with installation, a decent warranty, and disposal of old battery. I later checked on Amazon and google products, and could get it mail order for as low as 150, but shipping would have probably made it the same price, and then I would have to deal with installation and disposal of a dead battery. Overall, I am happy with the quick convenient service and value.
