Recommended by a friend who has used them for years, I took my 2007 Dodge Ram in for some front end work while passing through on vacation. Used to working on my on cars, I am always hesitant and anxious to have others, especially non-dealers, work on my vehicles. While their cluttered shop initially had me worried, such fears were quickly allayed with frequent calls updating me on the work, time taken to show me t... view morehe worn out parts and walk me through the options, and advice not linked to making a buck but what was best for my situation. Ultimately, they skillfully navigated the private warranty process (and inspector), resulting in minimal cost to me for some significant work. Once they got approval, the work was done in short order. When I returned after a test drive to have some adjustments done, Ly (who was my main contact) promptly and cheerfully took care of them. The only minor suggestion I`d have to improve their service is to use disposable floor mat and seat covers (paper) to avoid possibly soiling/staining said (mine were not but I was worried they would be).

Quality work performed very quickly!

I took my Honda Accord wagon to Vu after I had been told the repair would cost $600 elsewhere - they did the same work for almost half the price. I have recommended Vu to several friends and they all have had good experiences with them.
