Complete waste of time

I first brought my car in one afternoon to request an estimate and was told that the estimators stop looking at cars half an hour before close. This was not mentioned on their website, and even though I was only a few minutes past the cutoff time I was told to come back. The estimator hours are not convenient if you work a normal office schedule. On my second attempt I was met by an estimator who cheerfully told... view more me, without even looking at my car, that the shop would not do the repair. Between the estimator and the receptionist I found the staff entirely unwilling to help me. I will not be visiting Kirmac again even if my car gets dented in their parking lot. Thankfully there are many other shops in the area.
