Where do I start with these people, Well I took my saturn sky there before leaveing on vacation for a couple of weeks, while on vacation taylors called me to let me know thay could not complete the repairs on my fender as they stated, and that I would need a new one i agreed to that, although thay did make the other repairs that i had ordered, So after returning from vacation i picked up my car it was filthy, I was i... view moren a hurry so i figured i would just wash it myself. Well i did just that and to my horror I found that they had got overspray all over my car it was so bad that i could hardly see out of the windshield. I drove to taylors they had the body man scrape my windows with a razor blade too remove the paint-- this is not black paint like my car it was like brown so as he was scrapeing the glass he was telling me how sorry he was about getting paint all over my car. I just wanted things made right. now im still waiting for that new fender I`ve paid for in advance, it has been 5 weeks now and still I have not received a call about my fender or how and when they plan to make things right as far as the overspray they got all over my car. This was an out of pocket repair, after being hit and run on in a parking lot so i don`t have an insurance claim on my side, but beware I have myself.
