The worse place ever to change your tire. They are dishonest especially the honor. I got 4 new tires last may with Warranty and they said that the should last for a while, and if they get worn or damaged before the 40000 warranty they will change them no expense. after 9 months I have a flat tire and one that is completely damaged ( and I only used it for 4000 miles in the town) the claim it is a miss use refuse to... view more change it. They are completely deceptive. The honor was saying no you can`t take free tires and the workers were saying if it was me I would change it directly!!! what does this make you feel?? My first experience with them is that they estimate a work for 370$ and I end up paying close to a 500$. and the care felt weird and Unaligned after their service. I discourage any one from going their worse people and worse service ever! be careful.

Respectful and Knowledgeable I want to thank the good folks at Perfection Tire for fixing my son?ˆ™s 1979 Ford Fiesta. That?ˆ™s right, 1979. The alternator burned-up on my son?ˆ™s trip home to Whidbey Island for Thanksgiving break (He?ˆ™s a Cougar). This was on a Friday night, but the mechanics at Perfection Tire were there first thing Saturday morning to diagnose the problem after having the car towed from Washtucna. I won... view more?ˆ™t go into the details of the repair, but these guys found the root cause of the problem and kept both my son and I informed of the repair process, which included working with NAPA Auto Parts (another great bunch of folks), to replace a warranted part. It?ˆ™s great to know that my son now knows an honest and dependable garage should he have repairs in the future. Thanks to all the folks that work at Perfection Tire, a very appreciative dad.

Sold me four tires, but a year...

Sold me four tires, but a year later three of them are flat. They blame the wheels on the first two, even though it`s the same wheels my old tires were on and I had no problem. They won`t fix the last one, even though there`s no nail or visible problem with it. Just crappy tires or crappy installation, and I thought cooper tires were supposed to be good. The worst part is that they sold me the crappy tires or crap... view morepy work, and they want to charge me to fix the problem even though the tires aren`t even a year old. Bunch of worthless mechanics as far as I`m concerned.

It is impossible to beat their prices and turn around time. Their staff is incredibly knowledgable and courteous and fun to be around. We won`t go anywhere else.

Capable employees.

The guys at Perfection Tire have ALWAYS been honest with my family when it comes to tires or repairs. We went there for 4 new tires and they only sold us 2. How many businesses would do that. They have very capible employees to repair any part on your car. Give them a shot at your needs and I guarantee you`ll be pleased too.

Open early on Sat., friendly and helpful. We got a flat heading to Montana and they got us in and out. AAA approved.

Will definitely be back!

What really sticks out for me though is the service. The guy here was super cool. He was really nice, and also answered some questions I had about new tires....for when I`ll be needing them. Wish I could remember the gentleman`s name, to give him a shout-out. Will definitely be back!
