BEST all around service and sales
S Tacoma Honda saved me from a horrible car buying mistake. I will never shop anywhere again after this and it is only because S Tacoma Honda (especially salesman Jeff Lohr) was so friendly and accomodating to me in my moment of need. I tell all my friends, without hesitation, to shop here and buy here because you will be treated well before, during, and AFTER the sale. It is almost like you become a part of the fami... view morely here. My story goes like this:
I did my research and opted with another dealership to save a couple hundred dollars (I have since also reviewed them on this site and I invite you to read that review also). You would think that would be a good decision but the saying you get what you pay for is more true than I ever thought. This other Honda dealership sells the same products but the service AFTER you give them your money was atrocious (that dealership, Klein Honda in Everett--installed aftermarket parts in my car and shorted out my airbag system and thereby voided my warranties). After months of being told there was no problem and then them attempting to fix the problem by selling me another new car (by increasing my payments and doubling their profit after they made the mistake) I went to S Tacoma Honda.
Jeff, at S Tacoma Honda, got me into another brand new car and met the same deal that Klein Honda offered me. Jeff did this without any obligation to do so (afterall, S Tacoma Honda did not damage my vehicle--Klein Honda did) and made less in sales commission income in doing so. He did this as a token of goodwill and to win my future business. He did this despite the fact that I had not opted with his dealership in the first place and he did this with a smile on his face.
When I go to S Tacoma Honda for service on my new car, Jeff still comes over to see how I am doing and if I am still happy with my vehicle.
I have learned my lesson. The couple of hundred dollars that I saved (which ended up costing me thousands in the end due to Klein Honda`s horrible customer service and deceptive business practices) was not worth losing out on the great service at S Tacoma Honda before, during, and AFTER the sale.
