I bought a used Mazda 3 from Wendle and my experience was less than desirable. I am happy with the car but my buying experience was a joke. The car was a fresh trade and needed to be detailed and a minor repair done before I took possession. 2 days later I got a call saying the car was ready to be picked up, I got my car, the repair was made but the car was filthy. The sales guys said I should schedule an appointmen... view moret for the detail. I drove the car for about 3 days and needed to take the car back because of a problem with the back brakes, I was then told it hadn`t been safety inspected. They did give me a loaner car, which I drove for 5 days. I, again, got a call that the car was ready and I asked if it had been detailed and the guy had no idea what I was talking about. I told this guy it absolutely needed to be detailed and he said he would take car of it. So, the next day I get another call saying the car is done and the sales guy brought my car to me and took the loaner car back. The repair was done but after looking at the "detail" job it was obvious they did not do anything close to a detail. It was just surface cleaned. I was very disappointed. I will never go back to Wendle for any kind of purchase and will never recommend them to anyone.
