Bad employer

While I don`t know much about the glass service, Pilkington is a poor employer. They hired my son to deliver glass (apparently a backlog) and after a few weeks put him ""on call"". Well, they didn`t call...nor did they ever tell him his work wasn`t up to snuff...they just went into hiding. Now, my son is a young man trying to learn how to work and I`m not naive enough to not know perhaps he wasn`t what they wanted, b... view moreut it`s cowardly to not at least level with the kid...if that was the case. He`d quit a job to go to work at Pilkington, so he was out of work altogether.

If you treat employees this way, you`re not much of a business...and one I`d avoid if at all possible.
