Finally!!!!!! a mechanic that cares!

Earned everyone of these stars. I recently came to Doug`s with a very generic version of a diagnosis. I used verbiage like my truck is making the sound ""bwa bwa bwa"" and when i turn i hear "" erh erh eeerrrr."" He seemed to understand what i was saying. I left my truck with him, i got a call shortly after and quoted me a price that was very reasonable. Honest and Reliable

Honest. Very honest. Rare quality in a mechanic! Not only can I trust them, they are quick, efficient, and not too expensive. Seriously, seriously worth taking your car to Doug and Josh!

The Best Auto Shop I`ve ever been to.

This place is TOPS. This is the place every person wishes auto shops would be like. Josh, who I think is Doug`s son, was unbelievably kind and honest and fielded my many questions and phone calls. Josh really took the time to explain the repairs and weigh the costs and benefits to getting them done. I did not feel pressured to get the repairs at all. I usually feel pretty vulnerable in terms of car service and repair... view more, and I did not feel taken advantage of whatsoever. These good reviews are completely for real! They are really customer service oriented and went above and beyond what I had asked of them. I trust them completely.

The only way I can think to repay them for their excellent service is to encourage everyone I know to take their cars there.

I`m only sad I didn`t find them sooner! I would not trust my car again to another mechanic.

Doug`s Merits Loyalty

Doug`s deserves at least 6 stars!

I discovered Doug`s 8 years ago when I lived and worked in Kirkland. When I moved to Shoreline 4 years ago, I had to find a new dentist, doctor, veterinarian, etc... But I refused to even look for a new auto repair shop. I`m convinced that there aren`t any better, so the trip is well worth it for me.

- Quality - Second to none. I`ve never had an issue with the quality o... view moref work.

- Trustworthy - I don`t have a great deal of knowledge about auto service. I feel that I`m completely vulnerable, so it is important that I`m able to trust my mechanic. In Doug, Josh and their team, I rest assured that they are giving me the best service at the fairest price.

Advisory - When my old car (and my wife`s) started to get up there in years (and miles), I used Doug as an adviser on those car life decisions. He always gave sound advice...and I always felt that I was making very wise decisions.

Whenever I meet someone who lives on the east side, rather than recommend restaurants or coffee shops, I recommend Doug`s.

Superior Maintenance with quality people!

I have been taking my cars to Doug`s for several years now. I swear by them. Their service and attention is second to none. I have had several cars over time and since living here in the Northwest, Doug`s is the only place I use to repair and maintain my cars. Estimates are fair and accurate. If there is an additional issue with the car`s maintenance, you are given a call and whatever the issue is an understandable explanation is forthcoming. Friendly, honest car repair

My favorite part about Doug`s Auto Tune is that it is a family operation with a personal appeal. The crew is honest and understands your situations. They ease frustration through friendly, straight forward information. These people will go the extra mile for you-especially that Bruce Hawes-what a hard worker! Great Customer Service, honesty and expertise

I wouldn`t take my vehicle to anybody other than Doug`s. I know the owner and his family personally, and Doug`s expertise and ethics are absolutely the highest. They are fair in their approach to estimating your bill, are honest and above reproach. I have never had to take my vehicle back because it wasn`t done right the first time. The best!
