I had to have a new factory transmission installed in my 2001 Odyssey at 68K miles. This already was a huge disappointment - but now at 110K miles the transmission is gone again! I`m few months and 6K miles past the 3yr/36K mi. warranty on the replacement transmission - and American Honda nor Lynnwood Honda have done nothing but confirmed that there`s nothing they can do! I would have gotten the same from any bac... view morek yard transmission shop! A good business can make their customer happy even if the manufacturer is not backing them up - but Lynnwood Honda has shown no interest in even trying to work with me. Yes, I`m surely a very small customer for them but maybe the $3K for new transmission every 40K miles hurts me more than some in a better financial position!

I came in because the hybrid battery on my 2001 Insight had failed and my car could not longer be driven any distance. I ended up leasing a 2012 Civic. Given that this was entirely unexpected, the folks here did a heroic job of getting me into a car I could drive home.
