My fiance and I were in a pickle. We had a vehicle that was less than healthy and safe for a family. We had tried everything but could not get into a newer safer vehicle. His hard work didn`t stop there, he even went as far to expedite the process going through numerous lenders in a very short amount of time to accomodate us as we had a doctor`s appointment to begin the family expansion. He was very friendly to us including my five year old and has since taken care of a friend of mine that I referred in the exact same manner. We are now the proud owner of a 2006 Titan a far cry from our old bet down jeep. Jack Coyle and the members of the Money Mart North team are an outstanding group of individuals and I would not hesitate to send more people their way. Thank you all very much.

David said the quality of handling the procedures for him was excellent. He lives in Alaska. He had to have his vehicle shipped up there. There is only 1 ferry a week. They did everything in a timely manner. He was able to get his vehicle on the next ferry. He had the financing done in Alaska. They weren`t able to touch the interest rate he could receive in Alaska. He will see his vehicle tonight. His son drove the vehicle up to Alaska from Lynnwood. David told the business his son would be driving the vehicle about 70 miles to bring it to him. They filled his gas tank. David said that was awesome. They went above and beyond what he expected. His son didn`t have to stop and get gas. His son said the vehicle was in immaculate condition. This dealership practices both the ""backdated contract"" and ""yo-yo"" scams. They will call you back several days after you sign contracts and take delivery to say that you need to come back in to resign the contracts because they ""made a mistake"" on the original one. The new contract is then backdated to the date of the original contract, which is illegal in the state of Washington. RCW 46.70.180(4) states t... view morehat a dealership must contact a customer within four days from the date of the signed contract to let them know if financing was accepted or rejected. They did not contact me for nine days. Upon the advice of my attorney, I have filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Dealer Licensing Board, as well as contacted the State Attorney General`s Office and the Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! 05/11/12 UPDATE -- Luk Blackwell of Harris Ford has been in contact with me tonight in an attempt to mitigate my situation. I am impressed that he responded to my complaint so quickly, and hopefully we will be able to come to a resolution of my situation. It is encouraging to know that someone at the dealership closely monitors online consumer complaints and is at least willing to help. Thank you, Luk.
