Michael`s Auto Repair has been servicing auto owners of the Eastside for over? 24 years. In May of 1989, after residing in the Seattle area for two years, Mike opened his own automotive repair shop in Redmond. For the first three years, Mike did everything himself, from repairing cars to ordering parts to bookkeeping. A lot has changed in the past decade and a half. Michael`s Auto Repairs has expanded four times. The newest location gives nearly 6,600 square feet. Enough space for 3 full-time technicians, and two new car hoists bringing the total to seven, a parts room and increased office space to accommodate office staff and a waiting area for clients. Best Place for Mercedes Repairs!!

I`ve taken my 95 C 230 here a handful of times for various issues and they have always been efficient, super friendly, reasonably priced and informative. I`ve found that they do the same quality repairs and service, if not better, than the dealership does for a fraction of the price. This is the ONLY place I will take my Benz!!!

incompetent

I was there twice for the same problem with the rear window on my E320. They fixed it twice, charged me both times, each time the fix lasted a little while, and now it`s broken again. Another time it was the check engine light: they`re solution was to clear the stored faults on the computer so the light would go off. The underlying problem was not addressed. These guys are the worst mechanics I`ve ever gone to. It wo... view moreuld be cheaper to take your car to Phil Smart, since they get it right the first time, and charge about the same!

Great experiance

Iv been looking for a good repair shop for my E500 for awhile now. Ever since my mechanic Joseph dissapeared I have searched around. This is the place. A nice family run business, great service, no BS. Try them for your Mercedes, I think there a gem.
