I rate this business a one star rating only because i have attempted three times to get my vehicle looked by them. And every single time (within 2 weeks) i have been shot down. They close at 5pm during the week. Yet they can`t take anybody in at 2pm. My last attempt was at 10am. And they said it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait. Either they are very slow at what they do or don`t have enought people to run their business ef... view morefeciently. Also, they aren`t even willing to give me options to work with me. So their customer service lacks one important piece, and that`s "doing the right thing for the customer". I know if it was my shop and someone has come by 3 times and i couldn`t offer service at that time, i know that i need to do something to take care of a potential life customer. Well this customer is not driving up to USA brakes nor will my friends and family.

It`s great to still find a place that takes your car in and works on it while you wait. Some car problems take longer, but most of mine have usually been in-&-out stuff. I appreciate that. Always good service @ USA Brake & Auto Repair!
