Terrible Service

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Owner agreed to do a part for me that would take less than an hour, EIGHT days later, it was in the same spot I left it. I called numerous times, left messages, and never heard anything. I had to go down to the shop and ask what the deal was. The guy behind the counter looked at me blankly and said "I dunno" when I asked why it wasn`t done, and &q... view moreuot;I dunno" on how long it would take. He never even TRIED to say anything else, apologize, or check and see when it could get done. Needless to say, took it to a shop a few miles away and it was done in 45 minutes. What a joke.
