He would not ajust life time bearing install they did

Hello, I went to them for bearing work they replaced all of them! 3 months later he would not ajust them for the speedometer in my 1964 bug was not working! how could I drive so much in 3 months to null and void my life time ajusmnet??? He just was looking for a way to charge me! My bad for not asking what needed to be working for the place to uphold the life time ajustment??? I am a single father and a stu... view moredet! He new this and still wanted to charge for the labor time! WTF???
