I hope accidents don`t come in 3`s, I`ve just had 2!

Within 2 monts of each other, my family has had to accidents..one our fault and one the other person`s fault. The first was mine, I backed up into a Volvo S90 hard and wrecked rear quarterpanel and rear bumper. We were on to Disneyland the following day. I called Bill @ Big E and asked if my cart could be fixed while we were gone. Sure, he said,, just drop off on your way to the airport and when you get back, come st... view moreraight from the airport and pick it up...and that;s just what happened...simple, easy, and fast when you let Big E handle EVERYTHING. Picked up and it was sparkling clean, looked brand new without a trace of damage - Perfect. Then about 2 months latter an older man and his wife in a big 350 truck ran into my wife and pushed her into the car in front of her so front and back damage, Again, I let Big E take care of EVERYTHING, rental car, insurance ( mine and at fault driver`s) and it was back quickly and in brand new condition. Let Big E handle everything and just wait for their call that your car is repaired perfectly and ready to go. And it will be cleaned inside and out. No problems, just satisfaction. Try them, you`ll see.

awful customer service, rude and arrogant

DONT GO HERE!!! i took my black suv to get a lil dent fixed. they put a lot of tiny cat scratches all over my ride when they washed it and they called it prior damaged. the people were not friendly whatsoever. they took too long to finish. my ride sat in there lot for 2 days and didnt even notified me about whats going on with my isurance...(bad communication). they ripp you off on their estimates as well, char... view moreging unnecessary materials. on top of that, i got into a yelling match with the owner because they were not accepting responsibility. he didn`t even wanna give me his BBB # and his insurance info so i can file a claim. and then he wants to compramise with me by just polishing one side of my rig!! excuse me?? only one side??? and just polish? polishing means you only hide the scratches. it should be buffed out. in closing this business has a very bad customer service and their BBB logo should be taken away. my experience wtih them has been very frustrating.
