We had a problem, but they made it right with us

My wife went in to have the oil changed and the key fob broke or came apart in the process!! Who knows how it happened, but Jiffy Lube offered to fix it for us!! They went the extra mile to make a frustrating situation work out in the end!! My hat is off to them!!
