We had an older salesperson that was very knowledgeable, patient and low pressure. Even though the process took longer than we expected, we felt like he was on our side and understood our needs he made the experience as easy as possible for us. We will recommend him and the dealership whenever we can.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My car broke down on the way to Orcas, had it towed to the closest dealership, yes it was close to closing but purchased over 30k worth of product from them and they refused to help. Will never use them again, and they were rude, and even kicked my boyfriend off the lot when he was sleeping in the van to wait for them to open.
